“Traditions" is a hand-carved 4-color reduction linocut. A reduction print is a carving that is cut from the same block, printed, then cut again, then print and repeated until the final image is complete. This means that there will never be another print like this. Truly unique!
“Traditions” is inspired from my grandmother, who’s musical gift leads my family through raucous laughter and caroling each Christmas season.
The print is made on roughly 6x9 inch Rives BFK heavy weight handmade paper, with a natural deckled edge.
