Christmas is more than gifts and presents. Most of the time the important thing is really just, a hug.
"The Hug" was hand-carved over three blocks. The first block for the sky is deep dusk blue. A striking red anchors the image in the coat and clothing of Santa. Last, a rich black defines the details as the last color and key block.
The print is made on roughly 7x9 inch hand torn paper. It is printed on Rives BFK heavyweight natural color cotton stock.
Each print is signed, numbered and titled. This edition is a limited run of 150 prints.
