The design was hand-carved over two blocks. The first block for the background is a subtle underlay of shadow and fur. A darker key block helps defines the overlay picture.
The print is made on roughly 8x8 inch hand torn paper. It is printed on Rives BFK heavyweight natural color cotton stock and retains a beautiful deck led edge.
Each print is signed, numbered and titled. Each edition is a limited run of 113 prints.
